The Effect of Competence and Work Motivation Through Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Competence on organizational commitment of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (2) Work motivation on organizational commitment of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (3) Organizational commitment to the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (4) Competence on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (5) Work motivation affects the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (6) Competence affects the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. (7) Work motivation affects the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The results of this study indicate that the influence of (1) Competence has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (4) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (5) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. (6) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. (7) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
